THE WEDDING
TRAVEL
Please now book your flights to either Bari or Brindisi Airport in Puglia, on Friday the 29th April 2022. Airport transfers have been arranged if you are to book either of the below flights that we strongly recommend you get.
If you choose to get an alternate flight to the two recommended below, you will have to arrange your own transfer to the venue, and if so, please aim to arrive by 5pm on Friday 29th.
Upon departure on Sunday 1st May 2022, you will need to arrange your own way home.

ACCOMMODATION
Two nights accommodation at the beautiful Villa Cenci Masseria, including Bed & Breakfast and Welcome Dinner on day of arrival. Check-in is from 3pm onwards.
We have organised exclusive hire of the venue and will subsidise guests' stay for the weekend.
Parties of two will be assigned Double Rooms, parties of other sizes have been assigned rooms appropriately as detailed on your invitation - please feel free to contact us if you have questions regarding the rooms.
PAYMENT
When you RSVP, you will then receive details on how to pay. Please pay a deposit of £100 per room towards the total balance, to let us know you will definitely be coming and to secure your room, by 30th September 2021.
The remaining balance for your party will be due by no later than Monday 31st January 2022.
Details on how to pay will be provided when you RSVP.
WEDDING GIFTS
The greatest gift of all is having you at our wedding to share our special day, but if you would like to give a gift in some other way, we would love some pennies to put in our pot, for our honeymoon after we tie the knot!

HOW DO I LET YOU KNOW MY MENU OPTIONS?
We will let you know when it is time to choose your meal options and for you to let us know any dietary requirements.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE CEREMONY?
Elegant summer cocktail attire.
Shirts, jackets, ties optional.
HOW DO WE GET THE TRANSFERS?
If you get either of the recommended flights, we have arranged transfers at the airports to take you to the villa. The transfer is included in the price and will take around 55 minutes from the airport. If you choose to get alternate flights, you will need to arrange your own transfer.
WHAT OTHER FLIGHTS CAN I GET IF I CANT MAKE THE RECOMMENDED ONES?
If you can't make the recommended flights, there are other options. Both Bari and Brindisi airport are approximately 55 minutes from the villa, so it doesn't matter which airport you fly to. Ryanair, EasyJet and British Airways all fly to both of these airports from London airports. Just make sure you arrive by 5pm latest at Villa Cenci on Friday 29th April.
HOW QUICKLY DO I NEED TO BOOK THE FLIGHTS?
Flights get booked up, so we recommend booking as soon as you know whether you're coming or not. But rest assured there are other flight options that fly the evening before.
WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
Please let us know whether you will be coming or not by 30th September 2021.
WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY BY?
The £100 deposit to secure your place and room is to be paid by no later than 30th September 2021. Please pay this amount at the same time as you RSVP. The remaining balance will be due by no later than Monday 31st January 2022.
HOW DO I TRAVEL TO ITALY AFTER BREXIT?
No visa is required to travel to Italy unless you intend to stay longer than 90 days. For information please visit the government website by searching in google for "entry requirements to Italy from UK".
WHAT IF COVID MEANS WE CAN'T TRAVEL?
Don't worry, if we unfortunately have another lockdown or Italy is on the red list, we will move the date. If you unfortunately cannot make the new date, we will refund you (and miss you dearly). Most flight companies will allow you to amend the date of travel in case we need to move the date. But please check this with your flight provider at the time of booking.
